First things first: Guys, you know the rules. Did you bring chocolate?
Now that we’ve got that straightened out, ever wonder what’s up with that DemoRad “Party of Choice” fantasy? Why DemoRads think women can’t think?
The typical DemoRad mantra that supposedly appeals to women goes something like:
“Those big meanie conservatives are cutting government programs that help women and children. DemoRads are the Party of Compassion. Don’t you worry your pretty little head about minor details like thinking for yourself or assuming responsibility for your own actions and decisions. We’ll take care of that for you with bigger government, more government programs and higher taxes to pay for it all.”
Like that’s not patronizing or anything.
While we’re on the subject, how does creating and cultivating a permanent dependency class translate into treating anyone with dignity and respect? Since when does “compassion” equal increased numbers on the government dole?
That’s not “compassion.” That’s serfdom.
And that “Party of Choice” fantasy? It’s right up there with Peter Pan and Wendy and “just a little bit of pixie dust.”
Ladies, have you looked at your insurance policy lately? You know, the one you “liked” but they didn’t, so you got dumped? How ’bout losing the doctor you’ve been seeing for years? The one they didn’t “like,” and now you get to start all over again with skyrocketing premiums, higher deductibles and a total stranger to boot? Well, yee-haw.
Not to worry. At least men have maternity coverage.
So ladies, if you’re still a dyed-in-the-wool DemoRad, just one question:
What the heck is wrong with you?
